“The Washington Forum on Northern Ireland” is an ongoing series of conferences presented by Georgetown University’s Global Irish Studies Initiative, the BMW Center for German and European Studies, the Georgetown Institute for Women Peace and Security, the School of Foreign Service, as well as the American University School of Public Affairs, the School of International Service, the Transatlantic Policy Center, Ulster University, the Washington Ireland Program, and the John and Pat Hume Foundation. The forum is supported by the Northern Ireland Bureau, the Northern Ireland Office, and the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ireland
