Featuring poet Nidhi Zak/Aria Eipe in conversation with Anmol Tikoo

Nidhi Zak/Aria Eipe is a poet, pacifist and fabulist. Auguries of a Minor God (Faber & Faber, 2021), her debut poetry collection, was a Poetry Book Society Recommendation, Shakespeare & Co Year of Reading selection, and listed in the Best Poetry Books of 2021 by The Irish Times and The Irish Independent. Born in India, she grew up across the Middle East, Europe and North America, before calling Ireland home. Founder of the Play It Forward Fellowships for writers traditionally underrepresented in Irish literature, she serves as poetry editor at Skein Press and Fallow Media, and contributing editor with The Stinging Fly. She is the recipient of a Next Generation Artist Award in Literature from the Arts Council of Ireland and currently serves on the Expert Advisory Committee for Culture Ireland and Words Ireland as well as the Advisory Board of Diversifying Irish Poetry.

Anmol Tikoo is a film-maker and educator, most recently at the United World College in India, where he taught philosophy and film alongside short courses on development and ecological education. His work has been featured in media outlets and publications, including The New Yorker, The Wire, and Time Out. He has worked on Indian and international documentary and film projects, and was the Residency Manager for Sangam House International Writers Residency Program in Bangalore.
