Bridging the Atlantic seeks to spotlight issues of mutual concern in the USA, Ireland, and the EU. The panel discussions involved diplomats, policymakers and scholars. This year, issues for discussion included:
- Transatlantic concerns about political and civil disruption, such as the challenges to liberal democracy
- The EU’s discussion of collective security in relation to the war in Ukraine
- The impact of US Midterm elections on transatlantic relations
